The staff is wonderful. The whole place is a unique experience. We loved the eclectic charm of this place. We ended up staying in 3 different rooms to experience one of a kind spaces. We just kept adding more days.
I would highly recommend.

Location: 1 minute to bus stop and 5 mins to train station. Lots of currency exchange places, cafe/restaurant nearby. It looks far from touristic attractions on map but easy and quick access with train.
This hotel is suited if you are well traveled or comfortable with self navigation.
No elevator. Be careful if you have knee problem or with checked luggage!

I absolutely loved the decoration and the overall atmosphere of the place. It has the charm of an old traditional house, which really fits the character of Old Tbilisi. I especially loved my room and the mezzanine — that was a really nice surprise.
The hotel was also a pleasant surprise when I first walked in. Everything was so beautifully decorated and cozy, and it had a very warm and charming atmosphere. Those were definitely the things I enjoyed the most about my stay.
The only thing I was unhappy with was an issue with the shower in my room. Unfortunately, it caused a significant inconvenience towards the end of my stay, which had a considerable impact on my overall experience and is the main reason why I gave the property a lower rating.
