Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the 'communal' table worked well.
Unfortunately, directly outside our window there was an outside area for something else. It may have been a separate apartment. There were quite often people there chatting or smoking. Not a big deal, but it meant we had the smell of smoke and had to keep the nets closed.

The warmth of the people who works there, the amazing breakfast experience and the room’s aesthetic. Just take note that there is no elevator (it’s a 2-floor property), so luggages will need to be carried up the stairs. This is a pretty common arrangement for most hotels around Tbilisi I believe.

Great location and staff made it very easy to self check in at 4 am. Also gave us good dinner recs. We had a quiet room on the second floor with a comfortable bed.
Breakfast room is very tiny and awkward. Didn't like the breakfast. Also please provide two luggage racks in the room.

The hotel was artsy and had a great atmosphere. The design and the whole concept based around the community gave it a special uniqueness too. The room was built in a very practical way with everything you need, including hair dryer, mini fridge and wifi. The location was convenient to walk around and the breakfast was delicious - with amazing honey!
The bed was comfortable but quite squeaky so would benefit from an upgrade.
