Fantastic location in the highlands far from any town. Well equipped and great atmosphere. Don't feed the animals!

Beautiful and quiet room (very quiet). Loved that everything was built like a traditional Sod house. The farm setting with animals was perfect with beautiful views of the Highlands. Lots of great farm animals: reindeer, arctic fox, sheep, goats, pigs. The staff was very attentive, and the food was exceptional.

Nothing— we loved EVERYTHING!

Adorable set up all round. We were in the hotel and it was great. Common area was clean and spacious. Room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was a surprise- delicious.

There is no kitchen in the hotel. Apparently this is a booking.can m error. They allowed us and another family to walk across to the adjacent guesthouse and use their kitchen though so it worked out. No blackout curtains:blinds - unhelpful. Also the smoke alarm strobed a bright white light all night!

Friendly staff, beautiful property, breakfast was great, room was clean and warm.

I stayed in the guesthouse with 6 rooms and a single shared bathroom. Some of the rooms slept 2 or 3 people, so that was a lot of people sharing a single toilet. It was also very loud. I could hear every conversation. I stayed at a lot of guesthouses on my ring road trip, and this was my least favorite for the following reasons: no sink in the room, very flat pillow, no lamp (only an overhead light). For the same price, other guesthouses had a sink and a lamp, and those details made a big difference.
