Staff were friendly and helpful and the option of purchasing breakfast items works well. Location is handy to Arlanda Express. I had a small windowless room which was tiny. I could barely open my suitcase. Bathroom was clean and compact and the bed was comfortable.
The walls were very thin so I could hear every other guest coming and going from their rooms.

Extremely convenient location, adjoining the train station, with many restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful; there's food and drink available for most of the day (I didn't have the paid breakfast). Bed was comfortable, and wifi was good. Overall, I'd say it's a decent value.
My room was adequate but extremely cramped. The hotel layout is mostly an unbelievably long hallway-- no exaggeration, about two blocks-- so many guests will certainly get a lot of steps in! Lobby area was a bit cramped, and hot during warm weather: hence not an appealing place to linger. Poor signage makes the place confusing to find despite being just up a stairway and around a corner from the station.

Great location next to central station, and super convenient for arlanda express. Also nice bathrooms and bedroom, and locked luggage storage.
Nothing really, rooms are small but that’s fine with the luggage storage.

Location was really good, the train from the airport literally stops under the hotel. Everything is within walking distance too. Lots of food spots, shops and bars around the area. Check in and out was super easy too
A bit hypocritical because I booked the cheap room with out a window but not having one is worse then I thought, pretty small rooms but not to bad

"Genialna lokalizacja. Wspaniałe miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie stolicy Szwecji. Większość atrakcji dostępna w ramach spaceru."
