This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Sondrio. Many excellent restaurants nearby, shopping and things to see and do.

The location in the centre of town is fantastic. They were very good with gluten free options for breakfast and dinner.
The room was very cold and the aircon continued blasting even though I had turned it off on the wall and eventually called Reception and they said they turned it off too but it too cold to sleep with only a light duvet on the bed and no extra blanket.

Great location.
Issue with electricity in the room (complete black out), we have been moved to another room after the 2nd night out of 3.
Spa was not ready to welcome guests even though it is a service under reservation: I could not use the sauna or steam room as they did not have time to heat enough during my dedicated time slot.
Error in calculating the total bill : it was rectified immediately but it was not a nice experience to have to check totals and come back for explanation+reimbursement.
