Rikli Balance Hotel – Sava Hotels & Resorts

We really loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived & throughout our stay with a special mention to Sanja at breakfast & dinner. She was so friendly, helpful & a credit to your hotel. The man at the omelette station was also very friendly & welcoming at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble! Views from the hotel were stunning & the location was perfect for exploring Lake Bled. The pool area was a great addition. Such a wonderful selection for breakfast too! We had the buffet dinner one evening during our stay & there was a lovely selection. We loved our stay here!

The room, the view, the breakfast, the crew, the bicycle rental option and the bikes themselves. The ability to stay after check out in the pools. The slide in the pools, the sunbeds. The showers in the pool area were perfect. Would definitely return next year.

The massage we got was not good to be honest. The bath was cold and not from real milk and honey and that wasn't explained properly (or at all). The shower in the room has a problem with staying in the same temperature. It would alternate between very hot and very cold. Stream wasn't strong enough. Bottle of water in the room was too expensive.

location is great - peaceful and close to most interesting hotspots of BLED lake. ambiance in lobby and restaurant was great. staff was very polite and helpful. terace is great...

beds were comfortable but we had two separated beds which were not connected well, so they moved apart...

Staff at reception was nice. The room was very clean and well designed

The staff at the spa and pools was grumpy and unhelpful. They did not allow the two of us to enter using a single card, while an entire family was allowed to do so. I went upstairs to pick up the card but was never able to return to the spa. It was not worth going downstairs for 20 minutes. They should have had a guest list instead. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I could not sleep properly. Breakfast was very abundant, but mostly unhealthy. Overall, the level of comfort did not meet what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
