Overall a very good 3 star hotel . The restaurant was excellent . Lovely hot showers. Friendly staff, very easy going.
Quite dim lighting when you entered made it feel rather gloomy . The carpet in the bedroom was very thin and worn.

There was a dog barking out my window for almost an hour from 9pm on. I had to talk to them about it to get it to stop. I think it was one of the staffs dogs

Very friendly helpful staff. Easy parking for motorcycles on the ample tarmac area at the front of the hotel.
Excellent , delicious evening meal in the restaurant .
Has recently changed ownership, who I’m sure will make some changes, as present decor is quite dark in places including corridors . This made unlocking bedroom door a challenge as it was hard to see the keyhole! Some furnishings are quite well used, especially outside seating, and hopefully will be addressed by the new owners.
