The location, it’s close to walk to restaurants and attractions. It’s clean and comfortable. There are buses and trams nearby and not far from main train station.
That the lift only goes to 4th floor and not the 5th floor. I only had small case so it was fine for me to walk up last floor with my case but may not work for other people.

The good points were , parking , the reception staff were nice, shower was hot, bedding and towels were clean
We paid £37 for 3 people so we definitely got what we paid for , if you want a hot shower and a bed for the night its ok
There was no toilet roll, 1 towel for 3 people ( we asked the lad on reception and he gave us more), no shower door so the bathroom got soaked when one of us showered , the shower riser would not stay up , the beds were really hard , no kettle ( but there is a microwave and fridge)
