Moselromantik Hotel Am Panoramabogen

View from our room was really nice and the room itself was spacey. The bar downstairs was also nice with local wine and cute interior. Personal was friendly, they kindly waited for us, although we were half an hour late for the check-in. It was reachable without a car: bus stop is about 5 minutes away, but rather far from the town center - 20 minutes by foot or 1 bus stop. It has small but comfortable spa: a swimming pool and sauna/ they work until 22h. Didn‘t have a chance to check the restaurant dinner, but breakfast was quite ok.

A lot of small or even not so small issues: - safe didn’t work in the room - vending Maschine on the 1st floor was also out of order - towel dryer and heating system didn’t work. It was warm during the day, but rather cold at night (end of September) - coffee cup in our room was dirty when we checked in - soap was almost out when we checked in - almost all the furniture is old and needs renovation - whirlpool buttons in the swimming pool also didn’t work - bathrobes were about 13 Euro, but good, that they had them.. towels were free.

Lovely hotel situated on the outskirts of town overlooking the Moselle.

No facilities to have water for the room and the vending machine was broken to but soft drinks however charged quite highly for a bottle of Coke / water from the bar . Bar is cash only ? Staff not the friendliest but were polite and assisted where they could.

Bardzo czysto, dostępny basen, bezpłatny parking przy hotelu. Bardzo dobry hotel. Lokalizacja 20 min spacerem od centrum wzdłuż rzeki.

Breakfast very good selection, pity you have a fixed time to dine. Hotel was clean, a lot of rules, would be handy to have information book in room, for hotel and cochem info, Wifi in room was none existent, when we complained we were told to use in reception area. Nice hotel in general staff very friendly and helpful

Having to book the restaurant in the morning for an evening meal, as the hotel is a good 30 minute walk from Cochem we asked to eat in hotel on arrival, to be told not possible as we did not have a reservation Mattresses in need of replacement
