Hotel Rebstock Rust

The hotel is so close to Europa Park & the parking slot included which is very convenient.

Nothing, everything we needed was in the facility

The staff were amazing

Ok nice place.

Should accept cards for city tax they do in Italy and France. No guest ahold be send to the cash machine after a 6 hour drive.

Clean comfortable room very close to EP

As we arrived, we met the owner to check-in. He was rude and unfriendly. But that’s not the worst, we asked twice and well in advance about parking spots. The staff assured us by email AND on the phone it would be no issue to park at the hotel. The day of our arrival, the unpleasant owner showed us where to park in the streets. Walking back to our car, we found a fine as we were not allowed to park there. When I mentioned it to the reception staff, they did not even apologise. They don’t have to make an effort to accommodate their customers as their location is gold. Their rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant staff is great. Shame the managing staff don’t like their job anymore. Beware if you’re coming by car.
