Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber . Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Hotel und werden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen .

Nichts für uns war alles tip top .

Location was wonderful with great views. Close to town and many tourist shops and restaurants. Totally wonderful staff throughout hotel.

Die Lage ,das Zimmer hervorragend vor allem das Bad war eine Augenweide. Auch der tolle Service des Personal war Super . Auch der Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ist Ideal. Mit dem Frühstücksbüffet für ein 4Sterne S Hotel nicht ganz einverstanden, war vorher 5 Tage am Bodensee in einem 4 Sternehotel bei weitem übertroffen nur z.B. ein eigener Koch morgens am am Büffet hat alle Eierspeisen frisch gemacht auch frische Pfannkuchen .

Auswahl vom Abendessen an Gerichten war sehr wenig auch das Desserts Angebot sehr dürftig . Auch vom Geschmack der Gerichte war es sehr einfach gehalten .

Our room has a completely transparent shower window facing the bedroom. When we raised this concern at reception, we were told "this is normal in Germany" and nothing could be done. This is absolutely unacceptable for families or anyone sharing a room. Temperature Issues: Rooms were uncomfortably hot. Reception acknowledged the issue but said no one can fix it until tomorrow, offering no alternative solutions. Poor Housekeeping Standards: Basic supplies like water bottles were never replenished during our stay - something that's standard service elsewhere. Poor Customer Service: Staff consistently dismissed legitimate concerns instead of offering solutions.
