Gorgeous canal-side room in the Venetian style right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was delicious too.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully designed old Venetian style that fit right in with the Venice vibe. The location could not have been better. We had a room with a canal view that had windows that opened up overlooking the gondolas and a beautiful restaurant directly across from us that also had little terraces over looking the canal(our meals there were excellent). You could almost reach out and touch the people/gondolas. I would definitely return there.

They were slow to respond to my emails ahead of our trip when I was trying to plan/schedule a private taxi to get us to the hotel and then to the airport upon our departure. I learned that getting in and out of Marco Square is no easy task. It became quite stressful but I finally reached someone by phone after several attempts and at that point the communications improved. Carolina and the other girl went above and beyond to smooth things over.

Great location! 8 min to both rialto bridge and plaza San Marco.

Most of the staff was rude and had an attitude. Breakfast was only served at 8:30am with no exceptions...even if we only wanted coffee.
