100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
Very well maintained facilities, excellent menu in the restaurant and breakfast buffet as well. 10 minutes from downtown Cartagena. Plenty of spaces in the free self parking. Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and attentive
There was a lady in the breakfast buffet who was acting rude all the time. I would invite her to the United States to learn how to treat guests. Or at least she could learn from her front desk colleagues

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, parking was easy and the location is just over 5 minutes from Cartagena city center by car. I would not venture to walk to the city center from the hotel, but if you plan to move about by car, the place is fantastic and super easy. As an added bonus, there's a big shopping center a few blocks from the hotel, where a wide variety of restaurants and shops can be found.
I have no complaints. I'll only mention, that this is not a resort with a pool or some such. It's a good place to rest, to have as a base for excursions to the surrounding area and offers good value for money.

Staff, location, parking
Noisy, very noisy everywhere, people close doors loudly, speak loudly, no respect for quietness looking people. Absolutely terrible sound isolation.

"Hotel ok., nawet śniadania były syte.
Materac zbyt sztywny, co powoduje ,że jak sie obracasz , to możesz wyskoczyć z łóżka."
