Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres nous avions une très belle vue sur la mer et les piscines La restauration était très bonne et surtout de qualité. Nous avons un agréable séjour.

Staff were amazing especially Alexia on reception. Food was very good - great selection and all cooked very well. Nice to be able to walk to the beach. Very clean hotel with lots of staff who clearly work hard

La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica. La vista sul mare e sulla baia di Agia Pelagia è semplicemente spettacolare, ideale per chi cerca relax e panorami unici. ​Le piscine sono molto belle e ben curate La camera era pulita, spaziosa e dotata di un balcone con una vista bellissima e di Jacuzzi Il cibo del buffet offre una buona varietà di piatti, con opzioni per tutti i gusti e diverse specialità locali apprezzate. Un nota di merito a tutto il personale: sempre sorridente, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta e alcuni parlano in italiano. ​Consiglio pratico: Data la posizione arroccata dell'hotel sulla collina, è consigliabile noleggiare un'auto per spostarsi agevolmente ed esplorare i dintorni di Creta. ​Torneremo sicuramente!

Clean, reasonable facilities and most of the staff were amazing.

The location is awful, completely isolated. our first room smelled of sewage (they moved us) and the second room didn’t have curtains to cover the window (also rectified). The all inclusive option didn’t include bottled water or any spirits apart from ouzo and the cocktails were dreadful. Poor gym and so many steps and or hills to get anywhere that any kind of physical impairment would have made this an impossible hotel.
