Convenient location for bothering the town, seafront and university

But noisy as the road was busy (but it was a Saturday night and it is a pub so it’s to be expected)

Lovely Location. Bedrooms comfortable but tired. We got exactly what we paid which was excellent value. Breakfast was continental but was good. Motorcycles safely parked at the rear which was a bonus.. A good stay.

A bit complicated to get to the room.. shower head was a bit unstable.

The rooms are good and very good value. Breakfast is very good. Nice check in with helpful young man. Lovely thick cotton towels

The pillows are sooo thin. As a side sleeper or was difficult. Didn't work with 2 pillows together.

It has a bar downstairs, shower was powerful and it was clean

Breakfast was basic, no hot food and limited choice. Room felt small think premier inn hub small. The whole building is on the wonky side meaning our room was on a tilt and a few times it felt like we were falling out of bed. Bed was also small. Pillows uncomfortable. Constant outside noise kept me up most of the night. Regardless of the windows being open or closed (the little amount that it did open). The shower, although powerful, kept getting hot and cold. Price for one night being £89 on a Tuesday is a little steep especially for what you're getting. I think a better price would be near the £50 mark.
