Hotel Malcesine

Location hard to beat, lakeside, close to ferry and excellent views. Nice sundeck and water access for swimming.

As other reviews noted, towels extremely thin. Lakeside view rooms seem to be in older part of hotel and are very dated, could do with some renovation. Newer rooms at the back of hotel are nicer but view not as good. Breakfast choice very limited, one of the worst we have had in italy.

Friendly staff, loved the restaurant and very good reception staff

Drink in the room, water and tea or coffee would be so much better.

Adjacent to lake shore

Location, front desk, Breakfast. The location was perfect in the walking section. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was very good and covered the spectrum.

Room and parking availability We reserved the economy room. The room pictures on the booking.com website did not properly and adequately show that the bedroom for the economy room was a loft and required taking stairs inside the room to reach the bed. The bathroom was down those steps in the dark. I would definitely have not reserved this type room if this information was known. Overall, the room was small and poorly arranged. Parking in this area is hard.
