Kastro Suites

Our room was amazing and very spacious. Location was great! Host Sofia was very attentive.

Apartments/suites facing the most beautiful view in Santorini. Clean, spacious, and stylishly designed. Excellent breakfast, served at the table while overlooking the view. The location is relatively close to the road and accessible by transport—a rarity among hotels in Fira. Exceptional service; for instance, when we asked for help with our luggage, three staff members came from the hotel to assist us from the main road. Excellent communication via WhatsApp.

Our suite was located directly beneath the restaurant. There was constant noise from tables and chairs being dragged across the floor. We raised the issue and received an immediate response

The location is very central & the views are amazing! Our host, Sofia went above and beyond to assist us with transfers, breakfasts & local advice.

Access is tricky with lots of stairs & the pool is small. We were aware of this before arrival. Just letting others know.

The staff firstly - incredible service . Sofia was great . Available when we needed anything and sorted quickly . Better than some official concierge services Ive had at other hotels - thank you very much ! The hotel itself great value , nice clean basic rooms with a plunge pool in a great location . Breakfast nice - good variety in a restaurant with a view

Very little but shower was a bit weak
