The staff (Timmy, Julie, animation and cleaning staff) were very friendly. The roof top swimmingpool/relax area was amazing. Good restaurant service, had my morning coffee there with pleasure. Room was spacious, good aircoditioning service and nice and wide balcony to just sit down.
Rooms are not wel noice isolated so you do hear furniture, people and doors noices. As suggestion, a cleaning sponge with soap for dishes would be good to have. Free parking outside of the premises can be challenging to find or to far. Room could use some upgrade like the bathroom mirror and some other furniture.

Hotel were very accommodating when we had issues flying out because of the air traffic control issues. They shifted our dates by 2 days and refunded us the day that we missed. Very pleased
Entertainment was a bit intrusive if you just wanted a quiet week, both during the day and at night.

We found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and the kitchen facilities to be severely lacking. No sharp knives to even slice a tomato, no cloths or soap to wash dishes with.
A welcome of a few tea bags or coffee, salt and pepper would just add a nice touch.
A bit of a walk to the Bay, the pool facilities were great for children.
