Hotel des Orfèvres

Staff very friendly and rooms clean and dec nicely. Breakfast very good.

Room was not cleaned until 4pm the 5 nights we stayed there. Hoping when we came back from our excursions our room would be cleaned by then. The hotel room was beautiful but extremely small. Not much room for our suitcases with little space to walk.

It was clean and the location was great, comfiest bed ever!

The hotel is beautiful and immaculate .The staff are helpful and friendly and it really couldn't be in a better position, on a quiet side street but steps from the Seine and the metro. We stayed in room 54 with beautiful balcony.

The only things missing were an ice machine and perhaps robes in the bathroom.

Location location location! 15 minute walk to Notre Dame. Lots of great restaurants right nearby

The room was smaller than just about any hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life (65 years). Although to their credit it was very comfortable for being small. Also we asked for the front desk to get us a taxi at 7:00 a.m. to make a critical international flight. When we showed up at 7:25, the staff at the front desk couldn't care less about calling. We finally had to walk out of the hotel and find our own taxi stand. Kind of frustrating!
