The location is a bit out of the way from Seoul’s main city-center and attractions

Great breakfast, great staff,

there was a confusion in regards to the location of the hotel, we had chosen it because of the proximity to Incheon airport but it was far, it was closer to Gimpo, therefore there was no shuttle bus and we had to take a taxi to and from the hotel. There should be more clarity in regards to the real location of the hotel in reference to which airport, Thanks!

Property was immaculate

Nothing

The hotel has a large and beautiful territory with plenty of facilities, including a swimming pool, a convenience store, restaurants, and even an ATM, which is especially useful for international travelers. Since the hotel is located in an area where there isn’t much within walking distance, it’s great to have so many things available without leaving the property. The location is also very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. The staff were excellent — friendly and helpful, and the concierge assisted us with arranging a taxi. Overall, the service was exactly what you would expect from a five-star hotel.

The rooms feel quite old and tired and could definitely use renovation. For a five-star hotel, the condition and design of the rooms don’t match the standard of the rest of the property.
