After the first night I woke up with several bites on my back. First I wasn’t sure if it was bed bugs but when I got bidden the second night aswell I called to reception and asked for help. We got another room but no apology or offer to help to move. I asked if they would wash our cloths so we don’t transfer tue bugs to another room or to our other stuff but the lady working there didn’t really seam to care and said we could wash them on our own expenses. When I asked again she told me that whe will ask but no one offered the following day.
Breakfast is from 7 to 10. The second day we arrived 10 to 10 and everything was already gone. The following day almost everything was moved away 20 to 10. I have to say they offered to bring cheese and stuff but it’s not the same as to be able to chose from a buffet.
Given the good rating I qas pretty disappointed. We left one day earlier…
