All was good, breakfast, room and bed. Clean and ideal for one night stay what we needed untill continuing our trip to Santiago. Parking is secure and under surveillance. We will definitely use this hotel i the future.
There is nothing I can mention in that way, because all was really regarding our expectations. So I don't have any complaints what so ever.

Stayed here for one night having arrived by air on way to the Lake District by car. Really good stop-over catering for everything I needed. Helpful staff despite the language barrier. Nice garden and pool. Useful location next to a super market. Handy that there's something I could buy to eat in the evening in the hotel. Breakfast good.
Air conditioning in the room was old-style - clunky and noisy. But no problem really. I just switched it off.

The room was comfortable. Check in and check good
The meal service is very poor. It is time hotels like the Holiday Inn return to some kind of normality. In most cities throughout Chile, restaurants are open to customers with paso de mobilidad and serve food at the tables. I see no reason why Holiday Inn are still operating canteen like services with plastic plates and wooden spoons.
