No cooked breakfast

When we checked in it was explained to us that the premises were unstaffed at night, and that breakfast was in the form of a tray in our room. Our room (no.1) was comfortable and quiet, and it was clear that a lot of thought had been given to making it and the adjoining bathroom comfortable. The tray for breakfast was perfectly adequate - if we had wanted a cooked breakfast we could easily have gone down the road.
Nothing I can think of.

Friendly staff
The access to the room upstairs from a bar is weird.

Beds were comfortable, room fine for the money, if a little bit dated.
Breakfast delivered to room day before. Had items missing, and not fond of sterilised milk with cereal. Check out by 1100, not staffed before then so no contact with staff. Felt more like staying in an Airbnb than a hotel.
