Duomo View

Place is right next to Duomo. So it was bustling. We arrived late. So had to pick up keys from the bistro below and they gave us instructions how to access the building, space and room. Wish there was someone to walk us. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor where the space is. However, to access the elevator, we need to climb 2 flights of stairs. One with a fair amount of steps and another short one. Elevator barely holds 1 suitcase and a person. The space itself was rather odd. Once you enter, there is step and a narrow passage to access our room. The room has an AC. Wifi is so spotty. The first night we were cold since the bnlaket was thin. However, Mari realized it when she was cleaning our space and left a thicker blanket. The complientary breakfast at bistro down is also good. Especially with the Duomo View.

The bathroom was huge, however, the shower stall is so tiny. And no hooks to hang our towels close to the stall. The tumbler that was in the room to place our toothbrushes was crusted with remnants of toothpaste or whatever. When we mentioned, she said she tries to clean to her best. What was odd, was that when we would step out to talk or request her soemthing, she would walk into our space and show us the windows, or blankets or bathroom...especially when we were in a hurry to leave...She wasnt rude...shes just seemed to be assessing or telling us what she would clean or checking to see if things are there...

Great location and view; cute elevator; quiet with windows closed; comfortable bed; everything worked; nice staff
