Grande Baia Resort & Spa

Great start to a holiday when check-in is made smooth and thoughtful. Special shout-out to Mauro who welcomed us at reception at midnight, and despite kitchen being closed still able to organise us a full meal. Luca helped us with the parking, and carried our bags to the room and helped to organise shuttles for later in the stay. The resort was large and tidy throughout and the nearby beach was quiet and accessible for lazy days. Plenty free parking available. Reasonable on-site restaurant and breakfast options.

One thing that we missed in the room was a kettle and tea/coffee set. The restaurant and breakfast vegetarian options could be improved

Interesting accommodation although it takes 10 minutes from the edge of the complex to the restaurant, the beach offers a great view, breakfast ok

the restaurant a la carte, don't eat there! I ordered the fish of the day, after 30min of waiting I received a sea bream that smelled terrible, it was spoiled. I called the waiter, a guy with a dubious posture behaved abnormally sophisticated for the location, he took the fish back and after another 20min of waiting I received the bill with a 50% discount... It was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant, I can't understand how it's still possible for such situations to happen nowadays.
