Proximity to Carvoeiro, restaurants, shops, beach and other attractions. Pool/garden area were nice to have upon returning from the beach while waiting to go out for supper. There was a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed having coffee/breakfast at Cafe Fino on more than one occasion.
Room akin to a small hotel room. We found the bed hard + rain shower head did not function properly (insufficient water pressure to remain on steadily). Host insisted on turning AC off when away from the room (even if in the pool area).

Rules were a bit high. Lack on extras like garbage bags and cleaning products. Being informed that extra toilet paper would be charged for and the Air con units would also be charged if left on during the day

Beautiful location and property, lovely pool area and surrounds. Maria was helpful when we had any issues and did make us feel welcome.
Was a very small room, was told that we could eat outside which we did as inside it was tiny. The shower was also not the best.
