Very nice location near and clean rooms especially there restaurant location very beautiful

No luggage service you can carry your luggage by stairs

Amazing location. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Elizabeth from the reception took effort to explain to us, most of what we were curious about. The sauna was really nice, and my son had a wonderful dip in the heated pool. Overall the stay was fantastic! The location of Shymbulak is amazing for a stay for trekking to the mountains and glaciers around the region.

It was a nightmare to get to the hotel. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't book the place. Yandex takes you up to a certain place down the hill. Then you are at the mercy of vulture taxis and negotiation begins. The road is under construction, and at some point we had to get of the taxi, walk on the wet gravel with our suitcase and change car. The least of what the hotel can do after charging this overpriced sticker is to arrange a pickup at a known price down the hill but hey, they can't care less.
