We found no instructions on how to view free to air TV.
There was also no information on what facilities were available, ie lounge, breakfast area etc.

The manor itself is beautiful and the room was perfect for what I was looking for.
It's really close to the train station so I used that a lot for getting in and out of the city in about 15 mins - perfect.
The hot water took more than 5 mins to warm up, made showering slightly annoying.

Location was excellent, room was quite nice, facilities adequate, really excellent value for money particularly with location!
The room itself feels a little tired, but otherwise good.
