The hotel has an excellent central location and is relatively close to the cable car station, making it convenient for exploring Piatra Neamț. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

On the downside, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the lifts seem slightly undersized for a hotel of this size and can become quite crowded, especially when larger tourist groups are staying at the hotel

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was well below expectations — cold eggs, no variety, and I had to wait just to get basic items like bread. It felt poorly organized and lacking even the most standard options. Additionally, the shower was poorly designed; water didn’t drain properly and stayed in the base, which made it uncomfortable to use. The rest of the hotel may have been fine, but these details really affected the quality of the stay. I expected much better from a hotel of this rating.
