KT Beach Resort

We checked in late and to our horror, I realised the mistake of having made a booking for a day earlier and had checked into another hotel instead due to the double booking. The staff on duty Mdm K. Long was very professional and patient in tracing our booking and we had to make a new booking on the spot but at a lower price than the earlier booking (MR242.48).

We felt that the hotel could have given us a reminder and we would have then discovered that we had a double booking by mistake for 26 Sep 26, Saturday at Pekan AutoCity Budget Hotel which called me twice while we were driving. But the KT Beach Resort staff said they did not have my contact number when all the information was supplied to Booking.com. Why is it then the Pekan hotel staff could call us? In this instance, I felt that Booking.com is amiss too for not spotting the erroneous double booking for the same day and same city with the same guest name. Surely some algorithm built into the hotel booking could have prompted the guest to cancel one if both are for the same guest? Can a credit or refund be given by Booking.com?

Stategically located in the city. Near to malls, convenience store and restaurants.

Nothing.

What makes me like choosing this hotel is because I have stayed here before and now it is next to a shopping mall and close to Pasar Payang.

Regarding parking, Make sure, it is for hotel guests. Because after guests go out for dinner, there is no guest parking after returning. Before that, parking is OK.
