Room is big and nice, beds are comfortable, there are tables and chairs and an armchair. View is great. Hostess is extremely nice and helpful. Kitchen is well-equipped. Parking is easy. Everything is good.

wspaniały pobyt w Modica dzieki gościnnym gospodarzom - Giulia i jej Ojciec.

The hosts were very helpful, The breakfast was delicious and plentiful in their lovely garden. A very nice balcony with a view. Good base to explore the area.

A few minor issues that you always get, but these were resolved quickly. Sometimes parking took a while but always found somewhere, if not the host offered their garage to use.

Giulia and her farther are wonderful hosts - very nice, helpful and welcoming Our room, with its balcony and clothes line, has a beautiful view of Modica, the hills, and overlooked the lovely garden below. Our room was very spacious, clean . The bed was comfortable. There were outlets on either side of the bed so we could plug in our CPAP machines. We enjoyed our breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade desserts and marmalade in the garden and in the kitchen on the rainy day. It was a special place, a bit of an oasis and a highlight of our trip. Secure free parking was available. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome in your city.

We loved the BB. Can't think of anything we didn't like.
