inhouse Hotel

I asked for a quiet room away from traffic noise, etc. and was led by front staff Sylvia to one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever had. The lovely ground-floor room at the far back of the hotel had a very private outdoor area - a bonus to be able to sit and relax outside while still in the privacy of my room. Location was convenient with 'shopping street' just steps away, staff were very helpful in other ways, and overall it was a great stay.

All good ...

Everything.

Room was small, but usual for city locations.

Staff went out of their way to assist me when the error was mine in a booking error. they were very kind and empathetic.

Very clean and great location.

My room was in the "villa" which is the nice name for an annex. Horrible view and the room was a bit odd and tiny. But clean and quiet. For the price, you could stay at a four star hotel.
