The Riad was well located near the Medina and the rooms were clean and gorgeous. The breakfast was good and the staff Julie and Ali were very friendly and helpful.
Our Riad was on the ground floor and every night there were people in the lobby making an excessive amount of noise which made it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful building in a good location was only 5 min walk from taxi drop off point and 15 min walk to the main square
The staff were lovely and friendly
The breakfast was basic but tasty and really nice to eat in the open air
The pool area was so welcomed during the hot weather
The riad stays quite cool in the heat
No room cleaning, very strange to not have the bins emptied or bath mat changed at the very least
This could be communicated with guests if it is fully self-cleaning ?
No fridge in the room or even a communal fridge would have been welcomed

Good location
Nice staff
Good communication
There was no continuous hot water in our room for all 3 days of our stay. It was freezing cold outside as we visited in December so hot water was a must.
