The location was amazing The cleaning lady was so helpful

The room was so small you couldn't move in it. The towel holder fell off the wall I reported it a couple of times but nothing was done

No secure parking for motorbike.

Unfortunately the town was in turmoil due to work on the cathedral. We drove around for over an hour trying to find the hotel. The young lady on reception was not too helpful. They did send a note on the booking about the road works, but did not mention that the post code would not work on a cars sat nav. We are elderly and did not find it too easy to activate the code on the telephone. So easy but so frustrating.

We didn’t realise you had to park on public car spaces, which needed paying for. This did not affect us as we have a blue badge. Luckily the cleaning trolley was in the hall. On arrival there was one towel and one untidy one. I was able to obtain 3 more towels from the trolley. One nearly empty toilet roll on the holder plus one new one.
