Samanvaya - Adults Only

Beautiful location

Staff poorly trained in customer service and no basics such as an iron in the room.

Sideman is a must-see area, away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of Bali. Samanvaya itself is excellent. Location is perfect to do Gembleng and rice terraces, scooter rides or go a little further. The views and outlook are just magic. I value the adults only status. It also felt like a balance between private and familiar with like minded neighbours, with lots of different spaces to move about the hotel. The service was of a high standard and personal - the team all quickly learned who I was and there were a few sweet touches during my stay as it was my birthday. I used all amenities - small but nicely equipped gym, pools, tea/coffee hour and a great spa. The turn down service was appreciated and help keep the mosquito from eating me alive overnight! The breakfast is one of the better that I have experienced travelling. Many options and generous servings, but not so much you feel too full or you are wasting the food. Both restaurants had great food, quick and attentive service - I had lunch at one / dinner at the other.

Samanvaya is set in one of the most beautiful parts of Bali, surrounded by the lush greenery and breathtaking scenery of Sidemen Valley. The setting is simply gorgeous, with a wonderful sense of peace and tranquillity.We stayed in the Sari 1 villa, which was beautifully appointed, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The gardens were gorgeous, with lovely statues and fountains that added to the peaceful atmosphere. Although our private pool was not heated, the water was warm enough for us to swim comfortably, which was a pleasant surprise.We also thoroughly enjoyed our massage, which was excellent. We tried both restaurants and found the food very good in each, although we particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and setting of the restaurant serving Western food.What makes Samanvaya truly special, however, is its location. Sidemen Valley is an extraordinarily beautiful place, and the hotel offers a wonderful opportunity to appreciate its natural surroundings in comfort.A lovely and memorable stay in a truly magical corner of Bali. We would very much like to return in the future.

Azjatycka restauracja ma słabą obsługę. Jedzenie pozbawione smaku i przypraw. Śniadania przeciętne Poziom obsługi bardzo niski chociaż są mili. Wieczorne sprzątanie pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W pokoju duszno, obsługa wyłącza klimatyzację pomimo informacji żeby tego nie robić. W pokoju można spotkać żabę albo jaszczurkę. Cały obiekt nie zasługuje na miano 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu
