Hotel Las Cascadas

The rooms were very nice. It surpassed my expectations.

I really didn't like the fact that the breakfast isnt 'fantastic' due to the employees making just enough food for the amount of guests present. Meaning, that when one guest eats more than they thought they would, there is not enough for the guests which are a little later. Even when asking if they could make us some more, they refused. That was seriously not done in my opinion. I pay for a good breakfast and not for only the things which are still available after others have plundered the breakfast. Really dissapointing.

La atención de la chicas de recepción muy amables, al igual que las del bufet en el desayuno. muy agradables. Excelente.
