The room was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good and convenient is the possibility to park the car at the hotel, especially if you plan to have a boat trip to the islands. The harbor (and also some good restaurants) can be reached within a 20-25 minutes walk. A supermarket is right beside the hotel. Breakfast was good, except the coffee.
Overall it meets our expectations and worked for us as planned as stay for have a trip to the Eolian islands.
The hotel is located in an industrial area, so the surrounding is not very clean and also the ways to walk towards the city center are not in a good shape.
The coffee for breakfast was not from good quality regarding italian standards.

Was ideal for our day of sailing could drop off luggage and come back late
Grocery store was next door with everything we needed for our sailing trip
Reception was good french and italian were main languages English was ok

Handy as an overnight stay prior to taking the ferry to the islands.
It is just a utilitarian budget hotel. Breakfast was disappointing.
