Easy to use public transportation to arrive at hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with a lot of variety, excellent hospitality and great spa!

Spa instructions are confusing - just ask and they’ll help you understand! It’s simple!

What a great hotel!!! the staff was extremely helpful and lovely. We felt right at home during our stay. Very close to bus stop and easy to get to downtown if needed. Breakfast was generous and diverse. Our room was so spacious and had a beautiful balcony. Will be coming back one day!

Location, location, location. Away from the crowded circus of Ortisei, but still close to everything you need to go to, with great connection via bus to wherever you need to go. You can of course drive around, but my suggestion is to use the bus system in Val Gardena which is really impressive, and the hotel will give you a free bus pass. Excellent rooms, very quiet area, great staff, and some of the best breakfast I had ever had in my stays at any hotel all over the world. The family that runs this place is very hardworking. I could see them from morning till evening looking after breakfast, the property, and guests. It's really amazing. Bonus points for the very friendly resident dog that greets everyone in the morning!

I really don't have any negative except to say that if the property can provide USB outlets near the bed that would be really great.
