Labadi Beach Hotel

The beach was closed and it was one of the main reasons I booked accommodation there.

Apart from the access to the beach, the rest was very good.

Hannah Asiem-USA 🇺🇸 This is my first time at the hotel. I love the clean and inviting reception area. Staff are pleasant. The hotel itself is pleasant, and overall the room was clean and the food was good. However, I had a disappointing experience with the check-in process.

As a guest who does not reside in Ghana, I was required to provide my passport as identification even though I had attempted to find out what was needed. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this requirement and had left my passport at home and only had my driver'slicense. I was eventually able to provide a photo of my passport, but even after doing so, the check-in process took approximately 1½ hours, which I found unnecessarily lengthy. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the food, the overall experience did not justify the price in my opinion. I would recommend that the hotel communicate its identification requirements more clearly in advance and improve the efficiency of its check-in process.
