This is a beautiful and historic place. The staff is warm, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us some excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing!
While the structure is beautiful, almost everything is original … there is not a lift to the upper rooms, and managing large pieces of luggage might be difficult on the winding stairs.

Our host, Pieter, was so very kind and showed us many places to go. Be advised to know there are stairs to most rooms, but it is doable, just know in advance. The location is very central to walking and not in the thick of tourists so you can have the best of both worlds.
