Almost everything. Anna and Felix are so welcoming. The property is spotlessly clean and homely. Dinner and breakfast are excellent. It was worth staying the extra few kms outside of Masilla de las Mulas. Plus there is a courtesy pick up and drop off to and from the camino path.
The bed was uncomfortable

The location is good. I booked a double bed room and got the whole apartment on the second floor with one key for the bedroom, one for the door to the apartment and one for the outside door. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen practical. Washing machine not working.
What ruined my stay was that at 10.30pm someone banged the door to the apartment and rang the bell like crazy. I had locked the apartment and left the keys in the lock so that nobody could enter it but still it was very unnerving. As a solo traveler I didn't answer but I didn't feel safe. The owner lives in the apartment below. It seems that the house has only these 2 apartments, the owner's and the one I was in. Anyway, I was about to call the police (guardia civil) on my WhatsApp!
I don't recommend it to solo female travelers.
