100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
The beauty of the area is undeniable. The restaurants were great. The breakfast was wonderful.
It was difficult to communicate our needs for directions to the spa. The room we stayed in did not have any air conditioning. Air conditioning was listed under general on the website when I booked.
The shower area had no wall or curtain to keep water off the floor and made it slippery. The kitchenette had no tools, utensils or cups, plates.

The property has a character. Traditional Tuscany style. View from the room fantastic. Location is very good. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The bathroom is a bit outdated but functional.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the thermal spa village, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The setting is lovely and quite unique, and the breakfast was also good.
Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The staff were quite rude on arrival, which gave a poor first impression. Our room was in the B&B section of the hotel and felt much more like a basic ski chalet than accommodation costing around €300 per night.
The spa facilities were also disappointing and felt more like a small plunge pool than a proper thermal spa experience. For a similar price, we had a significantly better experience at La Posta nearby.
Overall, the hotel simply did not feel like good value for money.
