Yes, Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and helpful, at reception, security and Restaurant Food was excellent as well

There was a stain on one bedsheet, which could have been avoided

The breakfast is good. They provide eggs and millets poridge. The lunch is also good and cheaper. AC was working nicely.

The rooms could be still cleaner. The WIFI was not upto the mark

Good and clean hotel with supportive staff. Good location.

Towels, soap, tea sachets, shampoo should be automatically replaced without asking for it. They do it when asked for.

1. The location is good, Meenakshi Amman temple was just 1 km away so its walkable distance. 2. Room was cozy and safe for a female solo traveler.

It was below average looking room, nothing fancy about it, the moment I entered the room it was stinky and the floor was sticky, plus AC wasn't working so I had immediately called plus I went down and informed the lady at the reception, she reacted as if she's very helpful but she was not. 2. I wanted to book a cab and called at the reception and spoke to the same lady and asked for the quote, said in few minutes she will call back. No response. I went down later that evening and spoke to someone else, he said okay but no response. I booked elsewhere. Post that someone else called. The service is pathetic.
