Fantastic location. Very central yet down a side street so also very quiet. Lovely view over a small canal from a window. Also the check in/check out was very easy. We were contacted by WhatsApp and all the arrangements worked very well.

Had everything you needed. Cute canal view. Good size. Appreciated the plug in air fresheners
Had a very musty smell which is common on a ground floor apartment in Venice and I found it hard to eat meals because of the smell. The shower door wouldn’t close and the floor got wet all the time. Would probably choose to stay in a hotel next time as it was annoying to deal with the rules about rubbish- had to take it down to the boat every day. The lace curtain on the cupboard needs a wash.

The location was good. The bed was comfy however the pillows were very hard. It was easy to access, but it was lacking in regards to towels supplied for 3 nights and there were no plates.
