Ease of dealing with the estanlishment. Outside seating area.Special touches, like milk, rusks and chocolates.
Unit was outdated. Not enough hot water forna family unit with 5 occipants. No proper space to do make up and hair. Looks like they are in the process of upgrading. Saw other units which were very nice.

Cleanliness. Quiet, relaxing location. General comfort.
Access road to the place is terrible.Lots of potholes on dirt road which is a bit dangerous especially when one is driving to the place for the first time; and moreso at night.

No meals provided but the Woolies milk and tea/coffee with rusk was great for our rushed mornings.

The environment. The garden was very beautiful, there was no noise and the staff was helpful when we asked for anything. The beds were also comfortable.
The space in the living room, there were two beds in the living room, i expected a two or three bedroom with lounge or living room. the room was clean but not enough space for 04 adults.
