Unique and elegant accommodations. Great location close to city center. Wonderful staff with thoughtful extras such as a bottle of cava for our honeymoon stay. A/C was incredibly welcome on warm nights. They host a private concert each evening in the courtyard that was one of the highlights of our stay.

Everything was outstanding! The location is perfect, a very short walk to restaurants and shopping and just a little further to the Alcazar and Cathedral. The room is beautiful, roomy, clean and had the most comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. The nicely decorated hotel courtyard, rooftop terrace and afternoon music made us wish we had more time to just hang out. We did not eat breakfast there but it looked amazing. The staff were absolutely top notch! The check-in process was actually enjoyable, relaxing in chairs with free wine and snacks while the staff did their thing.

Was in a great location and staff were great

We were placed in the room inbetween the entry of the hotel and reception so we basically heard everyone check in and check out.. bags rolling in and out and every conversation had at any time. Mentioned it after the first night and they couldn’t do anything about it and apparently an email is sent out if you are placed in that room. Didn’t get one
