Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and has a really nice atmosphere. Everything was generally of a good standard and we enjoyed our two nights in Brussels.
The biggest issue for us was the lighting in the room. After dark, even with all the available lights switched on, the room was extremely dark and it was difficult to see properly. The hotel should really look into improving the lighting or adding stronger/more lamps, as this made the room much less comfortable in the evening. We also felt that the price was slightly high for the overall experience.

The mattress, pillows, bed linen and shower, they were great! Very comfortable and super clean.
The reception was always busy, always a queue. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check out. The hotel does not offer a single glass of water as courtesy at your room. Even when I stay in simple hotels, there is always a glass or a bottle of water to welcome you and here it was zero. The location is good in case you want to go to the Botanical garden or to the Magritte museum, but quite a long walk if your destination is Grand Place. The hotel is not bad but not cosy at all.
