The Hotel is in the shinjuku area. It is very close to the train station. The room is a little small nut otherwise excellent. Comfortable bed

very small bathroom - the toilet, sink and tub are in the same room and it is pretty tight. the sink is about 12 sq in with the tub shower to the left of it and the toilet to the right. it is a very small space and with 3 people in the room, it is tough esp. if you have to use the toilet right away and somebody is using the sink or in the shower.

The room was average in size but very clean, and the bed was comfortable. . The hotel was quite busy, but the staff were helpful and friendly when needed. The location was convenient overall. A comfortable and pleasant stay.
There was no complimentary water provided in the fridge, which would have been a nice addition.
Slightly expensive for what was offered, particularly as there is no hotel gym and use of the adjacent gym costs an extra ¥3,500 per day and is unavailable on Fridays.
