Location, clean, big espace…. More than enough for someone not willing to stay inside.
Perhaps should have a closed gate downstairs as well.

great location and very clean
i traveled all over the world and this was one of the best apartments i have ever stayed at. Just have in mind that Mallorca is really warm in the summer
the only issue was the hot temperature, there are fans on the ceiling but they don’t work as much as they should. So the only thing we didn’t like was the heat. i would recommend to the owner to buy an a/c

Good little apartment had most things except a toaster or oven tin opener /sizzors
Aircon could be better in The hotter months or maybe 2 big fans
