Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare, a member of Radisson Individuals

Crystals Beach Resort is an excellent beachfront resort with outstanding views over the ocean. I woke up at dawn during my stay and experienced a PHENOMENAL Sunrise — absolutely unforgettable. The resort has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to relax, especially if you enjoy being close to the sea and waking up to beautiful natural scenery.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The resort felt a little crowded during my stay, and there were quite a lot of children around, which made some areas noticeably noisier and less peaceful. For someone looking for a truly quiet and relaxing getaway, this can be a bit distracting. I also felt that the resort could pay more attention to the finer details and overall maintenance of the building itself. Additionally, the shower water was not particularly warm at night, which was a little disappointing.

The hotel was good, the environment was great, the kids loved the aquapark and the swimming pools. Large choice of food for the buffet

We took time to get the right key to access our room. They brought us to a room that was not what we booked that’s why the card didn’t work. We told the lady that we booked an ocean view and confirmed with her if she was sure about where she brought us. Finally she was wrong, our room was not that one

Location was good, The water park was nice.

Mice were in the dining area. When my kid notified the staff, they smiled and said we'll look into it and ignored it. Rooms were dated and needs renovation. Reception staff were quite unprofessional. Dining area was quite messy. Not worth the price.
